Editorial standards
Accuracy and verification
We seek to verify names, dates, figures, quotations and material claims before publication. Official documents, regulatory filings, court records, company disclosures and direct statements are preferred primary sources where relevant.
Attribution and originality
We link to source material and attribute claims. Other publishers’ reporting may alert us to a story, but we do not present another outlet’s article as our own or reproduce it wholesale.
News, analysis and opinion
News reports should describe what is supported by evidence. Analysis explains significance and implications. Opinion represents a clearly labelled viewpoint and should not be mistaken for straight reporting.
AI assistance
AI may help triage sources, prepare drafts, suggest headlines or translate. AI output can be wrong; it is not a substitute for verification. AI-assisted stories must be reviewed before publication, and an AI-assistance note should be used when appropriate.
Corrections
If you believe a story contains a factual error, contact the editorial desk with the article URL and supporting material at editorial@shivanagi.com. We will review credible correction requests and update material errors transparently.
